Terms & Cancellation

PameYoga terms and cancellation policy. Effective date: October 2, 2026

By booking a class or requesting a private session on this website you agree to these terms. Pamela Rivera runs PameYoga in Imperial, California.

Classes and prices

• A Yoga Class is 1 hour 30 minutes, $20 per person, with up to 10 people. The teacher opens classes herself; only classes shown on the Classes page can be booked.
• Your spot is confirmed when payment is complete. While you pay, your spot is held for 15 minutes.
• Online booking closes 2 hours before class. If it is closed, ask the teacher whether she can add you.
• Bring your own yoga mat to every class, plus water and comfortable clothes.

Cancellations and refunds

• Refunds: if Pamela cancels a class or session, you get a full refund. If you cancel, there is no refund.
• Card payments are refunded automatically (banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days). If you paid Pamela directly (cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal), she returns the money herself.
• Waitlist: if a class is full you can join the waitlist at no charge. When a spot opens, the first person to book and pay gets it.

Private sessions and events

• Private sessions are by request, Thursday to Sunday. The teacher confirms the date; nothing is reserved or charged until she does.
• The price starts at $150 in Imperial and $175 outside the city (including a $25 travel fee), for the session, not per person.
• Sessions are at your place if you have the space. If not, the teacher will choose a nearby park or recreation area and confirm the exact spot with you.
• If you need to change or cancel a private session, please write as early as you can; the teacher will work out a fair solution with you.

Health and safety

Yoga involves physical movement and a risk of injury. You must accept the class waiver before paying. Talk to your doctor if you are unsure whether yoga is right for you, tell the teacher about injuries or pregnancy before class, and practice within your own limits. You may stop at any time.

Address and conduct

The class address is sent after you pay and is for your use only; please do not post or share it. Please respect the neighbors and the parking instructions. The teacher may ask someone to leave a class for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Who may book

Classes are for adults aged 18 or older.

Website use and ownership

The website, text, and photographs belong to PameYoga or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PameYoga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and the class waiver you accept at checkout also applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Imperial County, California.
